Your Role
- Research & Insights: Conduct user research to understand needs, behaviors, and pain points.
- Design & Prototype: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that prioritize user experience and business goals.
- Collaborate: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and impactful design solutions.
- Iterate: Continuously refine and enhance designs based on feedback and data.
- Innovate: Push the boundaries of design by exploring new methods and approaches.
Who are you?
Ideally you have a year’s work experience or more as a UX designer, but graduates are also encouraged to apply. You have a strong portfolio that demonstrates your ability to create user-centered designs. You’re passionate about solving complex problems and translating insights into intuitive digital experiences. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to grow both personally and professionally.
- Education: Masters degree in interaction design, service design or similar
- Experience: 1-5 years experience doing UX design
- Skills: Proficient in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD; experienced in user research and usability testing.
- Mindset: Curious, courageous, innovative, and detail-oriented.
- Communication: Strong visual and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
- Language: Full working proficiency in English is required. Norwegian is an advantage.
