UX-Designer

We are looking for a UX-Designer to join our team and play a key role in shaping how users interact with our products. You’ll transform user insights into engaging, functional, visually appealing solutions that meet customer needs and drive impact.

This position will report to Head of UX.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Transform User Insights into Design: Collect and analyze user insights, translating them into intuitive and effective designs that enhance the user experience
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with product owners and developers to ensure solutions are technically feasible and user-centered.
• Champion the User: Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring their needs are prioritized and reflected in user-friendly and impactful solutions.
• Optimize and Iterate: Test and refine designs based on user feedback and analytics, ensuring continuous improvement.
  

Who We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is a creative and detail-oriented designer with strong technical skills and a deep understanding of user experience and interface design.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in design, interaction design, or a related field.
• At least 2-3 years of experience as a UX/UI designer, ideally working with complex SaaS products.
• A strong portfolio can deliver functional, creative, and visually compelling solutions.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma or Sketch, and experience with design systems.
• Familiarity with agile workflows and principles like MVP, iterative development, and user-driven design.
• Strong technical understanding and ability to collaborate effectively with developers.
• You are curious, solution-oriented, and analytical, able to work independently and as part of a team.
