  • Develop creative and innovative design solutions for desktop and mobile
  • Iterate and improve those experiences as needed. Influence team roadmaps to include experience improvements
  • Build relationships and trust with stakeholders, peers and working groups, globally.

We’d like you to have:

  • Higher education in one of the following: Design, Interaction Design, UI/UX Design, Psychology, Service Design, or a design research portfolio that shows relevant experience

  • Ability to help define a user experience vision and help inspire others to execute against that vision
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Norwegian a must
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently but also collaborative with other stakeholders
  • Experience with driving an electric vehicle in Norway a plus

We offer:

  • An opportunity to work with an excellent design team composed of service, user experience, and user interface designers pushing to discover and solve real user problems
  • Work with the latest tools – we collaborate using Slack, Teams, Figma, FigJam and Dovetail
  • The chance of being a valuable member of the team that will transform a global fuel retailer to a renewable future
  • The benefits of working in a scale-up organization in a big global company
  • Great pension and insurance schemes
  • 5 extra vacation days
  • Fresh and centrally located offices with excellent lunch
  • A very competitive compensation package tailored to you based on your experience and track record (we encourage Mid-level and Senior researchers and service designers to apply)
