Lead Product Designer

We are now seeking a visionary Lead Product Designer to join us to ensure we meet our 2030 vision. You will play a key role in shaping the experience of our AI APIs and Developer Portal, collaborating closely with the AI Product Managers, AI Tech Leads, and product teams to deliver exceptional solutions for our customers and end-users.

Key responsibilities

• Be an active part of the product trios, driving product discovery to ensure we solve valuable problems and validate that the chosen solution is the best fit before writing any code.
• Design intuitive and seamless experiences for both developers and end-users, with a focus on our Developer Portal and AI APIs.
• Translate our product and company strategy into actionable design solutions that improve both end-user and customer experiences.
• Lead and execute user- and market research, staying on top of customer insights and continuously advocating for the user.
• Apply a user-centred approach to designing products that are easy to integrate, scalable, and easy to use—ensuring we deeply understand user needs, rapidly prototype, and iterate based on feedback.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure design excellence is achieved throughout the product lifecycle.
• Actively drive improvements in success metrics, including developer experience (DX) NPS, customer NPS, adoption rates, customer effort score and time to onboard, by continuously analysing data and implementing design solutions that enhance user satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Work closely with our product teams to ensure designs are technically feasible and executed to a high standard.

We are looking for

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design (or similar roles), with a focus on SaaS products. Experience in designing developer portals or API interfaces is a plus.
• Deep expertise in product discovery and a strong understanding of modern product management and design principles, including effective team collaboration and strategic problem-solving.
• Proven ability to turn strategic goals into actionable designs that lead to increased product adoption and satisfaction.
• Strong skills in user research, prototyping, and interaction design.
• Ability to balance user needs with business goals, and deliver on tight timelines.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• A passion for AI, automation, and the future of work.
• Proficient in Figma, with a strong ability to deliver high-quality designs quickly and efficiently.
